Stafford, VA.&nbsp; Regester Chapel provides our meeting facilities and is the approval authority for all adult volunteers working with the scouts.&nbsp; Additionally, the Troop operates within BSA He can be a Scout if he is 11 years old (or has earned the Arrow of Light Award and is at least 10 years old, or has completed the fifth grade and is at least 10 years old) but has not reached age 18. Membership at Regester Chapel UMC is not required.</FONT></P> <P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial,Helvetica,Geneva,Sans-serif,sans-serif"></FONT><FONT FACE="Verdana,Tahoma,Arial,Helvetica,Sans-serif,sans-serif">The Troop is made up of several patrols, the patrol leader s council, the Scoutmaster staff. The Senior Patrol Leader (SPL), an experienced Scout elected by the Troop, is responsible for running the troops activities. The SPL is guided by the Scoutmaster.</FONT></P> <P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial,Helvetica,Geneva,Sans-serif,sans-serif"></FONT><FONT FACE="Verdana,Tahoma,Arial,Helvetica,Sans-serif,sans-serif">Each Scout is assigned to a patrol when he joins the Troop.
